MarGG’s is a community brand owned by Sociedade LxCreation, Lda, Portuguese legal registration number 515478407, registered at the Lisbon’s Commercial Registry, headquartered in Setúbal, at Rua Bernardo Francisco da Costa, nº 1 – 1 esquerdo frente, 2800-031 Almada, and is also the manager of the online platform MarGG’s Loja Online. Hereafter, Lx Creation, Lda, will be called “MarGG’s”, for ease.

MarGG’s is responsible for the treatment of your personal data and is committed to protect them. For this reason, all information of personal nature is treated with all due diligence, and always in accordance with applicable law.

MarGG’s will handle personal identification data, namely, name, address, telephone contact, email and TIN.

MarGG’s will treat your personal data for the purposes of managing the contractual relationship and obligations associated with it, that is, for the purposes of billing or order delivery, as well as for marketing purposes whenever duly authorized by you.
